Celebrate the release of Bob Dylan’s new album, Together Through Life, with dishes inspired by stops along the highway he immortalized, U.S. Route 61:

Spectacular Shrimp Scampi
National Shrimp Scampi Day, April 29th, might be a marketing ploy, but we love it nonetheless. Here, we offer our favorite variations on shrimp scampi like jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms (right), grilled shrimp with a garlic-herb butter, and skewered shrimp served with a chunky, tangy tomato sauce.

More Stellar Seafood Dishes:
Outstanding fast fish dishes like a fresh tuna salad with avocado, and grilled swordfish steaks with basil-caper butter
