Working Out While Staying Zen

Get your power yoga on. If you’re looking for a nonimpact workout, go for the power! Power yoga usually focuses on strength and flexibility rather than a series of poses. Try a power yoga DVD or a class at your gym. Not only are you using your own body weight as resistance, but you’re also preventing future injuries by stretching.
